Hello peeps. Been a while since i flown and i was just brushing up on my "skills". However flying the cessna with a simple rudderless logitech attack 3 joystick is simply not optimal.

Flying fly-by-wire like an airbus however i think it's fine with that kind of joystick but not the cessna.

I have been looking at the logitech saitek yokes and rudders which i definetly want but im just not sure about the support in linux and flightgear. Do you guys have any experience with those ?. Thanx.

Saitek pro flight yoke system has (or had ?) deadzones and need hardware modification, but it lead to warranty lose. Year ago I tested 3 sets, all had that deadzones, I rejected purchase.

Hhmmm. Thanx for the info. If only logictech would simply make native linux drivers. Problem solved.

I'm afraid, that deadzones are in the firmware, so unavoidable :(
But there is very good alternative (by reviews) - https://www.conrad.com/p/aerosoft-honey ... ck-2114545

It is bit expensive...
