Broken Airport runways or ones which need new layout

Is runway incorrect? or is the Flightgear Localizer and map incorrect?

I believe the Runway location (the new one) is the correct one. (needs checking)
But if that's the case, the fix is not moving the runway to a fake position but updating the FG database at

$FG_ROOT/Navaids/apt.dat.gz

Finally, If I read correctly, FG2016.3 allows you to indicate via the command line, additional apt.dat files to correct this.

the MP-MAP uses a very outdated database, but FG uses the file on

$FG_ROOT/Airports/apt.dat.gz to determine Localizer positions and show the airports in the internal map

I just verified

The Runway in the Gateway database, and Thus the runway in terraGIT is properly located.
Therefore the solution is not moving the runway.

The threshold file fixes aircraft launching in RWY, but it does not alter the FG Map, or Localizer location. Corrections in the apt.dat.gz in FGDATA, or using FG2016.3 with F. Rougon fix to add new apt.dats in the command line are fixes.

MPMAP uses an old apt.dat database, and therefore should not be correct

This probably means, back to the drawing board. We will need to verify again if RJAA gateway layout has that runway misplaced.

Hyde's suspicion is correct and the 850 layout has a misplaced Runway
And with the amount of lines and features that layout includes, I don't see such runway relocation any easy fix...

I suggest we just leave a note to the gateway people about it, and for now live with this misplaced runway.
The usage of a correct apt.dat would make this an invisible bug -- just as a fixed threshold file made it so for launching.

On the long run, data correctness need lots of manual labor there.
