that aircraft has a file
Systems/crash-detect.xml with this line(92)

Code: Select all

property>accelerations/Nz</property>

I suggest you try disabling that file and seeing if this prevents that error to pop up. (for a test run)
(as in example change the file name for something incorrect temporarily)

Yes this is what I expect it is...

There are also other issues that give the plane a 'kick' when passing a certain altitude.

if you are on Linux, you can run a grep over the whole plane looking for the name of this property. No idea how to do it in Windows

I did it already. The greping trick.
Couldnt find such think in the code. So the idea that's in newer FGDATA nasals is plausible.

Some nasal that is pulled by globals.nas then.

Did we get anywhere with this as it's a spin stopper....

I just need to disable the relevant nasal code, I'm not interested in this cancer on my FG anyway....so how do I go about trashing it and having a non nasal FG ?

I dont know for sure.
Why don't you post the link to the modified zip, and I test myself.

I'll be able to reproduce and try to debug

PS: I know it is not to be pushed, and that these mods are under a non GPL license

OK I'll reassemble the fdm as I'm on a witch hunt at the moment.

Might take a day or two.....
