Yeah, it's all made by Gerard Robinson or his estate. Other than my contributions after it was re-GPL'd.

Hi Opfor,

Well, that settles it. I trust your word on their being the absolute first authors, and am not going to check on it. They were correct in their published text, and i was wrong in this case.

But let's be clear those works have to remain completely separate......

If the Author takes some from a) and puts it into b)...... well that's a violation, as he's relicensing GPL into a more restrictive licence.

Also the author couldn't legally (nor morally) use GPL code whose copyright he does not own (ie, he does not really author himself) within his NonGPL releases.
(whereas he can use that code freely on his GPL releases)

I completely miss the point where fg core devs get involved in this discussion. Must be some preemptive thought on your behalf.
