I don't know.
I am not a good translator, really, but this is my attempt at it

Dear compa~eros:
I found comfort knowing that even on this dark time I have your support. From
every corner of the Country I have received messages of strenght and
accompaniment in this difficult moment of my professional life. Nothing is
left but beforehand to thank -and heartfully- all thy support.
Our labor is so special that today placed me in those circumstances in the
form of a time and a place such that I faced the cruel fact that end in this
impasse.
Compa~eros, for my family and for this work that I value and respect, I can
affirm with absolute certainty that I did all that was humanly possible and
all technically mandated to keep the life of all of these users of the air
transportation, lamentably my efforts were unfruitful for reasons known to all
of you. Today life put me in this not agreeable position of having to
confront the situation of the past 28th, situation that the nature of our work
we are exposed (to live) any day, any work-shift, and this time corresponded to
me, and I reiterate to you who manifested your support to me, that everything I did
on the radio-frequency was to preserve the integrity of the occupants of both
aircrafts mainly and as a consequence, as well the occupants of all other
aircrafts under my responsibility.
Lamentably due to my colleagues Journalists I have found that some ignorant
people that are distant to this task and overall uninformed of the proccedures
threaten my physical integrity and my personal tranquility and thus I have
been analysing solutions to the situation which I am hoping to discuss with
the directives of this entity.

With my deepest respect, colleague, and heartfully,
