If we gave everybody in the World free software today, but we failed to teach them about the four freedoms, five years from now, would they still have it?

We had a quite good year of discussing on the forum. Many exchanges of thoughts in a fruitful and respectful manner. Unfortunately also some getting quite of hand. For next year i wish us less of those, and more of the fruitful type.

One thing we all can do next year, including myself, is to watch ourselves and think more often: Do i really need to react to this? Do i really need to react so sharp to this? Give each other more the benefit of the doubt and react more polite than you maybe initially wanted. Love each other more as human beings.

Many are already doing so. But still, if we all try even a bit better, we'll have a magnificent 2017.

Happy new year to everyone.

Kind regards, Vincent
