KJFK ... where everything works the other way around

Yeah, JFK ... try to fly ILS to runway 04L or 04R. The fun part is, the ILS for those runways is wrong wired, they point away from the runway and the plane. So, if you come from the South, heading for a 04, the map shows instead a 22 ... once you pass the airport, which would actually entitle you to get a feather on 22, it jumps on 04. JFK does that since years now ... is there a way to repair that? The frequencies are also kind of fishy. The map and "location" don't really agree who gets the 110.9 and who the 109.5 of the 04s.
