If we gave everybody in the World free software today, but we failed to teach them about the four freedoms, five years from now, would they still have it?

And it is time for today photo story!
Today's flight was from YSSY to KDFW, with 777-200LR. AAL was the airline and I start at the INTL terminal at YSSY. It was 10 in the morning local Sydney time:
And after the PB it is time for taxi and line-up! Takeoff RWY was 16R!
Time to go....
What a wonderful scenery, ha, Sydney is so amazing!
And, as usual - climb was so good! First 15300 feet, then 27000...
And finally to 35000 feet, my cruising altitude! Wonderful clean sky and shining sun at noon...
It's getting dark... Near to YSNF...
It is early morning around the Mexico shore, soon going to get it..... 12 hours already in the air......
Time to descend...
The app is started. Dallas looks so good at morning...
Short final...
And... Land it!
Welcome in Dallas, TX, USA!
So, this was today's photo story. Hope you enjoyed! And I'll see you tomorrow for the third!

Yup, one of the longest flights on earth now. It is 15 hours.
Re: 777 photo stories by PavlinS
And, dear pilots, it is time for a new story!
Yesterday I started another long-haul flight from KDFW to VHHH. Boeing 777-300ER was the aircraft, again on AAL.
Of course, started on a gate. It was 10:10 am in morning. Usual staff, startup, taxiing, line up...
And my takeoff:
It was a bit unpleasant to turn immediately after takeoff, but unfortunately, the SID option on KDFW is really big, so big that I can not reach her beginning:
Starting the climb, there was a huge amount of route after departure without waypoints... a bit weird, but nice:
And of course, as usual - pleasant cruise at 34000 feet. Nice views over northern Canada, near to the north pole, over China...
Descending and final in dusk time:
And... Welcome in Hong Kong!!!
thx for watching!

Do you sleep the haul, or are you on the cockpit attending the plane the full time?
