Hi FL2070
Unless you agree to release this under GPL (or you can), we can't update the CitationX with these in FGMEMBERS.
Would you reconsider?

How about just making a new submodule, like for the CRJ700, in the nonGPL directory?
There is a GPL compatible one in Aircraft, a -NC one in nonGPL. Simple?

not simple. Submodules won't load like that in an aircraft. It needs to be a full directory. Besides, why would we continue a trend of attempt polluting GPL aircrafts with nonGPL content?

Such bundling of material of several licenses is walking a thin red line of potentially violating copyright in GPL clauses. --aka violating Copyleft.

So, really it is not worthy. If the sound is released GPL (ie, i) if its possible and ii) FL2070 is willing) then that'll be nice. Otherwise, we will need to leave this as is.

Hear hear

This sound pack will be re-released under GPL.

All future work will be GPL.

If any other addition is posted that is non-GPL, you have reason to admit me to a mental hospital or believe my account to be hacked.

Thank you!

I celebrate your choice. Just keep in mind that there is more than meet the eyes. Per example, one cannot use non free audio sources and license them GPL (being modified or not). But tipically, modifying GPL material, or recording new material is all good practice.
