Doing it now, about halfway there! I have already refueled once, and I will land in about 1 hour for another refueling stop in the US. With my latest modifications, this autopilot is actually flyable! LOC needs some work still...

As we approach the departing time for tomorrow's USA Tour, we can begin to look for the weather forecasts.
Our departure from Port Columbus may be Marginal VFR (MVFR) or worse (IFR), with some mist, and low level overcasts, and low visibility (forecast).

Our midway stop (in Rapid City) is also expected to be a little weathery, with MVFR conditions for our arrival/departure, and some low level scattered clouds. Not so bad, thou (forecast)

For our final arrival, to Portland, OR, we may have some "el nino" showers, and a MVFR approach conditions, with scattered clouds below 2000 ft (forecast)

We may be up to some winter-like weather tomorrow

Well, all I can say is: "That sounds fun." 717 flew nicely today, was quite nice. Also flew my MD-88, also flew well.

KCMH, IFR, Wind SSE at 8 Knots, Overcast at 800 Feet. Visibility 5SM. (IFR because even though we have the required visibility, we might not get the required horizontal separation required from the clouds (500 Feet below) and maintain the minimum safe altitude over congested area (1000 feet).

KRAP, VFR, Wind N at 5 Knots, Broken at 1500 and 3000 Feet, Visibility 6SM.

After testing many airplanes, I have finally decided to fly it0ouchpod's version of the MD-88. He said it could be downloaded on the non-GPL site for FGMEMBERS. Sorry it took me so long to make up my mind.

Hello gentlemen, due to confusions, I may end up bringing the MD-11 instead of the 717. I encountered a strange problem with it, and it prevents me from flying it well, (I can get in to details on another forum if you'd like). I hope that isn't too much of a problem.
