I am participating in a sailboat regatta around one of the island between Vancouver and Vancouver Island. I will be absent until Monday Night. Have a good weekend everyone.

Going to be hard there professional sailors in this race, and we are only a bunch of amitures. I just hope this doesn't become a 24 hour drifting race.

Fun race, We manage to complete the course in 10 hours, we were expecting 24 hours. We had 20 knots average all way around.
We came in before last in our division and 38 out of 99 boats overall.
Hey thats two spots closer to first than last year.

This is us having problems. The sail didn't unfurl as we wished. Of course other boats love to see their competitors in bad fortune and posted the picture on the official photo feed of the race.
Olympian Eric Jespersen at the helm of Mischief that won overall.
