@ALL ATCS

http://flightgear-atc.alwaysdata.net/index.php5

You can go ahead to the Flightgear ATC Events page by Lenny, and register your ATC service for this event. Indicate your time slots as well, and VIVA LA FIESTA JAPAN!!

I did mine already

@ALL PILOTS

Although not an obligation, we, the ATCs, kindly request you to register your programmed flight plans there. Having this allows us to coordinate among different services, and facilitate our task of making more realistic services with delivery included.

Hope to see you all in the Festival Spring 2016 (THIS WEEKEND)

Best,
IH-COL

Hello,

Is there a "final" planning with when, who and where ATC will be during the we in Japan.

I plan to fly from LFLL to japan (about 12 hours) during friday night, then fly in japan satuday / sunday.
To prepare all my FP should be nice to have a planning.

And which charts should be used ? (could each ATC post link to the chart he ll be using.)

Regards

Unless there are last minute changes, the first post on the thread on Curtis' forum should be up to date - please tell me if there are any inaccuracies. (IAHM-COL - could you please update the first post on this thread as well?)

As for the times, I can't book my position on Lenny's website (as I am going to be a center controller), but I'll be there on Saturday and Sunday from approximately 18 to 22 UTC (possibly a bit later), hoping I won't exhaust my data cap.
(To all other controllers: please book your slots there!)

We're going to use the latest set of the official charts from eAIP Japan (note: the site requires a free registration).

@elgaton

Done.
By the way, please sync again with Curtis'. Notice few changes (as my availability) ;)
Wasnt ATC411 or ACI planning on do also Tokyo Center? Did I miss something?

@Daweed, look on the first post for current information on positions offered. We are trying to encourage all ATCs to book on http://flightgear-atc.alwaysdata.net/. We also invite pilots that have an specific flightplan to add it there, so we can provide more realistic support.

agreed. I had made same request to ATCs several times

@elgaton

List of ATCs....
RJNA (Nagoya) - ACI
RJGG (Chubu Centrair Intl.) - aiannuzzi99, ATCJay

Aianuzzi99 and ACI are the exact same "IP" address person. Wasn't he planning being North Tokyo Center? Isn't the situation lacking some clarity now? Is it just me?
