Alright guys, I made the steering alot better. It had an extremely wide turn radius, and I fixed that and made it steer more like the real thing. The nose wheel turns alot more, just like the other planes in FG, but I made sure I did not break the rudder, which was fine. Also the HSI indicator has been installed. 3D map, and heading bug work perfectly. Just need to get rotation to work. I will push this update today.

Yeah, should have noticed that, the positions of the wheels were also changed (that was justified, but then it needed adaptions to the new behaviour as well). Well, I just lean back, work on other planes, wait till the 727 is sufficiently broken and then repair the remains, I guess.

A bit confused on what you are saying. I have fixed the steering, and updated the nose wheel animation to be more precise. Also, It is not perfect, but alot better than before. Now I just have to get GIT to actually push it.

He means, someone made a new FDM, but didn't really do it right, apparently, and so, he is going to try to fix it sometime, when enough errors exist.
Don't worry, he doesn't actually mean anything is wrong with what you did ;)

Ah OK, that makes sense. Still no luck with the HSI! If whoever started the plane could tell where the f*** the file that has the planes heading in it is, I would be very gratefull. I will TRY to push my steering change, but GIT it giving me problems... :x

Anyone have an idea on how to position the instruments? Is it trial and error with the XYZ, or is there a trick to it???

Lego if you want, I can try to sort the FDM a bit, as I have done FDM work in the past on FG.

Last time I knew, Soitanen was considering working a bit more in this FDM, but do not let this hold you over. If you want to propose some improvements... I'd say, go for it! ;)
